We offer rent to own on most of our portable and steel buildings with the exception of two story and double wide buildings. We only require one payment down to get started! We also offer "90 days - same as cash." We offer financing as well. Get pre-qualified today with no affect on your credit!

We accept cash, cashier's check, money orders, and card. If you use a debit or credit card, it will include a 3% user fee.

Yes you can! There is no penalty for early payoff. However, you cannot pay more on your monthly payments. The RTO company requires that you pay off the building in one lump sum.

No - it is not related to your credit. When applying for our RTO program - they do not do any pulls on your credit score.

We offer insulation, built-out stud walls, wall paneling, and electrical hook-up at additional costs. We can also connect you with preferred contractors to do complete interior finishings such as plumbing and electricity.

Techinically, no. When you do interior finishing on your building, you are waiving the warranty that comes with the building.

Every builder/manufacturer offers different free delivery ranges. Check out our Delivery & Refunds page for more details. If it is more than that - we will be happy to offer you a customized quote.

First things first - contact your local planning commissioner to get necessary permits or variances for the intended building on your property.

Secondly, we recommend preparing a bed of 53 Stone with a one foot border around the circumference of the building (i.e. a 12x20 building will need a 14x22 bed of stone) for most of our buildings. If the building will be used for residential use or for more heavy equipment/machinery - we recommend a concrete slab. Check out our Foundations page for more details!

Lead times can vary. If you are buying off of the lot - you will typically recieve your building within 1-3 weeks. If it is a custom order - please speak with a sales agent for a more accurate lead time.

Yes you can, with an upgrade fee. Each builder has different charges, ask your Sales Rep for more details.

If you have purchased one of our portable buildings, they can be moved in the future! Contact us and we can connect you to our delivery team for a quote.
